A digest of laws governing the ownership, registration and operation of motor vehicles, together with other useful information" on the front with images of vintage cars, street signs, road rules and with lengthy info about the driving test inside- lists Cliff Townsend as Governor who served from 1937 to 1941 so that helps date it- In readable condition with age stains, small tears/creases, small hole punched at the top corner, edge/corner wear..........
