NGC PF69 Ultra Cameo
2009-S Clad Quarter honoring the U.S. Virgin Islands. Part of the extension of the U.S. States series and the last issue before the National Parks Series began the next year. In looking closely, I'm not sure what fault made this coin drop down one point from "perfect" but it sure looks great. Amazing eye appeal.
