Description

This plaque, from Old Northwest Agents, Inc., was given to my husband who was a Life, Group
and Health Broker in Portland Maine. He retired in 2006 but was given the plaque in the mid 1980’s.
ONA stands for Old Northwest Agents, Inc. which was an employee benefits company representing
Principal Financial Group for medical insurance and pensions and Medicare supplement plans A - J.
Old Northwest was established and incorporated in Maine in 1982. I am not sure if they are still in business.
It measures 9” by 12” by 1”. It weighs 2 lbs. 9.5 ounces unpackaged.
It is made of wood and what looks like red and white plastic.
There is a nick in the wood in the upper left corner and a tiny ding on the front at the top.
Otherwise, it is in excellent condition and would make an attractive addition to any collection of insurance memorabilia.
