    Description

A traveler visited the pyramids and sphinx in Giza, Egypt, and brought back some papers.
The traveler also went to Israel.
I used the internet to date this material, but came up empty.  Best guess is the 1970s.  I bought it at an estate auction in Toledo.
    1.  Large heavy paper envelope that contained all the other papers.
    11 1/2 by 14 inches.
The heading reads: Egyptian Papyrus Center, 50 Sphinx St., Nazlet El Samman, Giza, Egypt.
There is also script in a Middle East language.
I searched for the Papyrus Center on the internet with no luck.
    2.  Smaller envelope with the same text on it.
    7 1/2 by 9 inches.
    Made of heavy paper.
    3.  Award documents titled: Attestation of Pilgrimage, Jerusalem, Israel.
There is a line for a name or signature that is not filled out.
I searched the internet for information on this program but there was none.
    4. Holiday Inn Sphinx letterhead paper with matching envelope.
There are Holiday Inns in the Giza area but this particular one no longer exists as a Holiday Inn.
The letter head paper has been folded in half horizontally.
    5.  Retail shopping bag or sack.
    Karnak Bazaar, Cairo, Egypt.
    It is empty.
But heavily wrinkled and creased.  The top edge is torn.
Again, no info available on the internet.
    Thank you.
