STERLING SILVER BEAR WITH MASK & ZUNI-STYLE INLAY PENDANT - JENNY JEWELRY 1992

Description

Unusual sterling silver roaring bear, ethnic mask and Zuni-style inlay pendant on a sterling chain, c. 1992.
Both parts of the pendant pivot on a cross bar; the bear with mask piece is suspended inside an outer pendant inlaid with turquoise, sugilite, jet and shell.
The pendant is approx. 2" x 1" x .5",  both parts are marked; bear is signed "A ©92  "Jenny Jewelry .925" on the back as pictured.
The chain is approx. 17" long, marked "Italy .925", and would seem not original to the pendant, but they were found together.
Weight is 14.3 grams for pendant and chain.
The name Jenny Jewelry was not found in any reference material.
Interesting and beautifully crafted piece of jewelry.
Offered 'as found' in very fine estate condition.
