United Arab Republic Metal Rustic Farmhouse Taper Candle Holders with Handles

Vintage rustic farmhouse style hand forged metal taper candle holders with handles. United Arab Republic stamp on bottom.  The United Arab Republic was a union of Syria and Egypt from 1958 to 1961 and then it was Egypt alone.  Item would have been made in either location between 1958 or 61 or in Egypt between 1961 and 1971.
Color is a mix of copper, brushed silver, looks like brass handles patina. Very shabby chic. This looks like something that was made by a craftsman in a souq. Most likely a souvenir.
6 1/2 inch tall and 4 inches wide at the bottom.
