    Here is this very beautiful vintage solid 925 sterling silver ring with a 10.5 mm x 8.5 mm cushion cut faceted sapphire blue glass center stone that has marcasites to one side and a Etruscan design on the other , the ring weighs 8.6 grams and it is a big size 10 that can easily be sized by a jeweler . The top of the ring measures 12.3 mm north to south and it tapers to a sturdy band that is marked 925 on the inside .
