VINTAGE COMMEMORATIVE BANK PLAQUE BANK DAGANG NEGARA INDONESIA
From the archive of a major New York financial institution. A vintage commemorative plaque from Bank Dagang Negara of Indonesia. Bank Dagang Negara is one Indonesia's oldest financial institutions, founded in 1857. The plaque is made of a dark gained hardwood possibly teak. It measures approximately 6 1/8" across by 7 7/8" high. There is some warping to the wood.  The easel on the back does not close all the way due to the warping. There is tarnish present on the medallion and on the plaque. The plaque reads " WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF THE BOARD OF THE MANAGING DIRECTORS BANK DAGANG NEGARA JAKARTA INDONESIA".
