Here is this fantastic late 20th century vintage solid 14 K yellow and white gold Art Deco style ring with 16 princess cut natural blue sapphires and 10 small full cut round brilliant diamonds set in white gold , the sapphires have been carefully examined under magnification and they are natural blue sapphires with small modest inclusions very securely set in four rows of four , they are 0.050 ct each and accented with two rows of five diamonds each , all 10 diamonds are 0.020 ct each H color SI1 clarity and the ring has a total gem carat weight of 1.0 cts sapphires and diamonds combined .It is marked on the inside of the band 14 K and also has the numbers 585 which are the numerical equation for 14 K gold. Please study the photos It is a large ring for a man or woman and weighs 8.9 grams and is a size 8 3/4 that can easily be sized by a jeweler either direction  . It measures 12 mm wide north to south on the top and the ring is very beautiful sturdy and well-made in excellent vintage condition ready to be worn .   ...
