This is a great mother of pearl story teller panel bracelet with hand painted pictures - each in what I believe is a sterling silver hinged frame.  It measures 7 1/2 inches long to the end of the clasp and is in great condition with some wear to the paint on the panels - comes with the original box that is marked with the shop name in Cairo - please see phot
