Vintage Persian Painting In Mosaic Frame

this is a nice persian frame with a painting on bone. condition is pretty good a small ding to the bottom corner sliver of bone missing. the other thing to note is some water damage to the paper, but stops before the border, which is good because the border is hand painted. it can be matted to cover the water damage. other than that it's really nice. the frame is a mosaic. and stands on a tabletop it doesn't hang, but wouldn't be hard to add a loop for hanging. you could take the artwork out and use the frame for a photo of your family. size of frame 9.75 x 8 inches. the window is 6.5 x 4.75. on the back it is 7 x 5.25 that is the size of photo you can put in this frame. the painted border is 5.5 x 3.75 inches. the bone image 4 x 2.5 inches. the backing is held on with nails.
Please keep in mind that most items I sell are old and vintage so so there may be some things like odors or light soiling that might be there I try to point out things that i notice but please ask questions before you purchase something if this is a concern to you an I will personally check on an item for you. I don't smoke or have any pets so there usually won't be those type of odors with the items i sell
