Here is this very sweet mid to late 20th century vintage solid 14 K yellow and white gold heart-shaped diamond ring , it weighs 3.5 g and it is a size 7.75 that can easily be sized by a jeweler . The top measures 12.3 mm at its widest point north to south or just barely over 1/2 inch . The ring is all done in yellow gold except where the diamonds are set in white gold, there is a .15 ct F color VS2 clarity full cut round brilliant diamonds center accented with five smaller single cut natural diamonds all E - F color VVS 1 clarity giving the ring a total diamond carat weight of .25 cts . What the ring lacks in total carat weight it makes up for in the quality of these amazing diamonds . It's not marked and has been tested as solid 14 K yellow and white gold and the ring is thick and sturdy in excellent vintage condition ready to be worn .   ...
