Vintage Retro Men's 925 sterling Etruscan blue sapphire glass ring sz 10

This is a very beautiful and well-made late 20th century vintage solid 925 sterling silver big men's Etruscan revival ring with a stunning 18 mm x 13 mm oval faceted center stone that resembles a big dark blue sapphire but has been tested here as glass . this is a beautiful big stone without scratches or abrasions and it is very securely set in 24 small prongs that are in sets of two alternating copper and sterling . The ring weighs 11.2 g and it is a size 10 that can easily be sized by a jeweler . The top of the ring measures 20 mm north to south or about 7/8 of an inch . The ring has very beautiful engraving and craftsmanship along the sides and it tapers to a wideband , on the underside it is also polished and has fine detailed craftsmanship and is marked 925 .
