Vintage Middle Eastern India Brass Metal Wall Plaque Plate with Hammered Details and Patterns throughout.  This brass plaque weighs 1 pound 10 ounces and measures approximately 12" inches in diameter and 1/2" deep. Hammer marked on the back is F E 5 1.9. 1978 and a signature (cannot make it out, please see photos provided).  A magnet will not stick to the metal.  It is in very good condition without defects. The display stand used for the pictures is not included.
