Description
Collectible souvenir program from the 1962 dedication of Warner Auditorium in Anderson, Indiana. This booklet, which measures 8.5 x 11", contains the background, building specs and history of the inception of this 7500 seat facility. The main event at this location was the annual Church of God Convention, which was hosted from the opening in 1962, until the closure in 2006. The building was located on the campus of Anderson College, and was closed due to asbestos. The book itself is in very good condition for its age, with no markings or moisture damage noted. The cover does show some storage tanning along the outer edges. Stapled binding intact, with some rusting on the staples. All in all, a great piece of Americana that was found in a box stored away with other books at a smoke-free estate.
